Ambassador Program unintentionally activated?

KyotoAngel KyotoAngel
I'm not sure if this goes here but I was checking out the various features in the account page and clicked the "Ambassador Program" one out of curiosity (I've seen it on people's profiles and was just wondering what it was).
The thing is that once I clicked it just to learn what it was it suddenly said 'ambassador' alongside the reviewer title on my profile.
How do I get rid of that if it's at all possible? I don't even have or want a blog, I just wanted to find out what it was.

I wouldn't worry about it. As long as you haven't gone through the proper channels to set up an offsite blog for reviews, it's essentially just something hanging out on your profile. I believe it's on my mine as well. I've never had any issues or anything.

Yep, I accidentally activated the program too. It just sits there and hasn't caused any problems.

Don't worry about it.

It won't affect you. Don't worry about. You're fine!

Plus, if you become an Advanced Reviewer, it'll call you an "Ambassador", anyway.

Thank you all for the replies, it's good to know it isn't something to worry about at all. It's kind of odd how it doesn't ask if you want to activate it though, all the other features do.

I just did the same! The only way I knew was a points window flew in. I do love collecting points but I don't want to gather them illegitimately.
gorgeous gorgeous
I did the same thing. Didn't even know what the program was until today, but i don't want to use it. I guess that title can sit there for a while.
