How long do you wait to review something new?
For me it depends on the product. Lingerie I can use once or twice and then review it. If it's a toy I don't like I can use it once or twice and get the jist of it. I do like to play around with my product and get to know it first. Sometimes I can do an honest review the next day, sometimes it may take me a month.

Some product need really thorough testing. The Pheromone mist I just reviewed had almost a month of trials before I finally wrote the review. As sexual attraction and arousal are erratic, I wanted to be as accurate as I could.
But, rarely do I review a product in less than two weeks. Once in a while, but not often.

Depends, DR reviews have to be done within 2weeks, so I can't hold off for forever on that. And lingerie reviews I wash them and wear them, so I can get them done faster too. Some toys, like the Jopen Intensity, take time to know if the product works. And some toys I can hold in my hands and know if I'll like it. Every review and item is different.

I usually have something at least 2 weeks before reviewing, and generally longer. When I first started reviewing I tried to get them done as quickly as possible, but since then I've learned the value of not rushing a review. The more time I spend with an item, the better my review will be.

It definitely depends on the product. Like SMichelle said, I usually feel like I can review lingerie after wearing it once--although if it's lingerie that's supposed to be more functional than sexy, I wait until I've had a chance to sleep in it, wear it out to a club, etc to see how it holds up.
Toys, on the other hand, I use at least twice to make sure it wasn't a fluke. For beauty products, I wait a few weeks to see if I'm getting the desired effects.

I am with everyone on it depends on the items, most toys it takes me about 2 weeks only because I am using it a number of times and writing about it (or taking quick notes) before/during/after play.
Items like books, depends on how long it takes me to read. Though lingerie seems to take the shortest amount of time for me because I can really figure it out after one or two uses.
