Accessing my profile

When I try to access my profile, all I get is some of it bunched up along the left-hand side of the page, nothing else, and the following message:

"Our system couldn't verify your address. Please review your address. If you are sure it is correct use Continue button below."

What does this mean? Thanks.

That's odd. When I access your profile it looks fine to me.

Do you mean your public profile or your private account page?

My profile and anyone else's. I tried to see if other persons' profiles showed up ok, and they were the same as mine. All of them are screwed up. This has never happened before, and I'm anxious to see if I get the same result on my office computer tomorrow.

Hit CRTL and F5 at the same time - maybe your cache needs to be cleared. Try that any time any site looks wonky to you.
