I'm not sure where we file bug reports, but I'm unable to vote on reviews. The vote button isn't even acting like it's a button, it just sits there and ignores anything I do. This problem started over the weekend. I've doublechecked everything on my end, and I cannot find the source of the problem.

Hey, you'll need to submit a support ticket. Just pick the appropriate category and include the browser you're using.
We're on Chrome and aren't having any of these issues (we, being the admins). Before you submit a support ticket, clear you cache/browsing history. We recently did an update and sometimes it sticks.
