Experienced Reviewer level dermined by Verified or Total?

Contributor: Spiking Glue Spiking Glue
I'm sorry, I vaguely remember reading on the forum a month or so back, that a reviewer's experience level is defined by the number of Verified reviews, not Unverified reviews, but I'm suddenly not sure.

In other words:

Eden's Guidelines:

New Reviewers (5 reviews or less) should generally choose products under $30.
Mid Level Reviewers (6-10 reviews) should generally choose products under $40.
Seasoned Reviewers (11-15 reviews) should generally choose products under $50.
Experienced Reviewers (16+ reviews) - all products over $50 are assigned by administrator. Contact administrator for approval.

I have 17 reviews, but only 4 of them are verified. Am I 'experienced' or 'new'?

I believe is is verified because I tried to request something not too long ago and the system told me I did not have enough reviews. It could only be verified because I have enough total.

Verified only. Your rank, however, is effected by your total reviews.

Product price range is identified based on all reviews, both verified and not verified.

I'm not sure it's working properly then. I have 20 reviews right now, but when i just requested my last item for review I was told it had to be under $40. According to Spiking Glue's list of Eden's guidelines, I should be able to request anything under $50 without contacting the admin.

Doesn't matter much to me, just thought I'd let you know my experiences earlier this week.

I would second that.

In fact, here is the exact error:

This product is not available for your contributor level (0 - 5 verified reviews), please choose a product with price less than $30.00.

I just confirmed with developers that only verified reviews are counted in the product price range. I apologize for incorrect information provided.

I had the same issue, and suddenly couldn't figure out what was correct, decided to ask. *nods* (as an aside, I wound up selecting an $18 dildo that's rather cool, so I'm not complaining, just asking clarification)

Thank you, Neuron Geek, for clearing that up.

It is not closed discussion yet, we will discuss with program manager whether we can or cannot include not verified reviews into product price range limit. I will keep you posted.

Thanks for clearing this up! I think it makes sense on your end to only include verified reviews...
