I'm glad I found this post. My house is very close to neighbors on both sides and I'm gone long hours. i was worried about labels if I ordered something. Crowded neighborhood and nosy neighbors.

EF's packaging is discreet and has no hints on what is inside of the box. No labels, no explicit pictures, just a simple brown box.

Luckily, the shipping package is very discreet. It is labeled as a Web Merchants product and the packaging is just a plain black box.
I would recommend you open the brown box in private though, the supplies themselves are straightforward so you can play ASAP.

My order came in a plain cardboard box. The shipping label says, "Web Merchants" and that's it. Nothing about it shows what's inside. Inside the box there's plain brown paper covering the item so it doesn't get tossed around during shipping.

For international order, they are required to provide a description of contents for customs purposes, but for U.S. orders the packaging does not giveaway the contents inside. Orders are shipped in a plain brown cardboard box. The return address label indicated "Web Merchants", rather than EdenFantasys so it is not immediately obvious that the order is coming from an online sex shop. However, a nosy person can easily do a web search for this company and find that Web Merchants is linked to a company that sells adult products.

It seems unlikely that a courier hid your package. If you didn't receive your order, please contact the delivery service in order to find out how you can get it.

100% it is super discreet! Every time I have ordered, it's some on a veey generic brown box with nothing at all stating that it's from EF. Some of the best companies when it comes to that as well!

They actually have the most discreet packaging I've seen from a sex toy website. I've used a couple of others before but occasionally there will be something suspect about the package. One time I received a package and it said "silicone toy" on it which...is pretty obvious what THAT means.

However, Eden always sends a very discreet white/brown package that just has the addresses and the words "web merchants" and no further information. I love their shipping too as it always gets to me super quickly which I really appreciate because it feels like they actually care about your customer experience.

On top of their discreet boxes, I also notice the toys are usually individually packaged in plain white boxes (if they don't have their own custom packaging) so you don't have a bunch of boxes that say "VIBRATING DILDO" left laying around when you open your package!
