How do you keep from cracking up or breaking character? How do you get your mind in the right place and what should you do when you can't get past feeling silly?

I just can't bring myself to role-play in the bedroom. I do that non-sexually for fun and just can't get in character at home while being nakie and stuff.

I've always found it pretty easy to stay in character - none of them have been that odd that we've done, I guess

Simple. We set the mood before we RP,so we don't laugh when not needed! Always works!

For me, it's a matter of playing off of him, and it has to turn me on. If he does something in character that works for me, it's a lot easier for me to "encourage it" by responding in kind.

I am not really good with role play. I can sometimes depending on what kind of role and who it is with. But for the most part it is hard for me to role play at all

I can usually stay in character pretty well, but I don't get to role play often unfortunately. My partner, however, will forget we're role playing and will break character and it can be annoying sometimes.

I was in drama in high school so it makes it a little bit easier. I think it's hard because if one person starts to break character it just all starts to go down hill pretty quickly
