If you go up to "Contacts" in the upper left hand corner of the screen, you'll be directed to Customer Service. They're awesome and rock my flip flops.

Thank you, I was planning to wait it out a bit as I assume they're a bit busy with the various holiday sales. But, I still sent in a ticket inquiring if/when I'd get the points back.
