I can. It takes longer, but the payoff is better. I usually only attempt that in bed, while my husband's sleeping. Yes, very easily, I don't even have to think about it. My clit is very sensitive and I can orgasm within 50 seconds, maybe even less. I can orgasm many times but I guess my issue is that my orgasms are quick and not as fulfilling/strong as I'd like. No matter how many orgasms I have, I only end up feeling more aroused and not fully satisfied.
