Long wait for a better orgasm?

Contributor: captainsgirl captainsgirl
I have noticed, if I go a while without an orgasm the better they are. Is it like this for anyone else?

i agree with this premise. the longer i abstain from orgasming, the better it is. let's say it ends up being a 10 with 10 being the best on a scale of 1-10. on the other hand, if i orgasm every day and those are a 6 out of 10, i'd take the 6 every day verse say a 10 once a week.

They are more intense if it's been a few days.

I've been celibate for quite awhile until recently. so, they are all great at this point.

I don't think they're better, but they're definitely faster to get to.

Sometimes....I like prolonging them during sex. That is when they get amazing!!!

I can't be sure that time makes a difference for me. I think it mostly depends on the mood & hormones I'm having. I've had quicker, more intense orgasms when it's been longer than usual, but most of the time, they aren't more intense even when it's been a while, but it has happened. I think mine are definitely more affected by what's going on in my life and how I'm feeling at that current moment more than the time in between, though.

It totally depends on the situation, sometimes waiting too long can lead to a rather weak orgasm while sometimes I'm so worked up that I finish really quick and hard, there's no real correlation with time for me.

Mine are usually a little stronger if I haven't had one in a while.

A few days makes them stronger. But after like 2 weeks, I'm so sensitive that they are pretty weak.

Yep! It's true. I had to wait almost 4 weeks after getting a VCH piercing and when I finally had me-time...wow. Just wow!

It's also better if you add light stimulation over a long period before really letting loose.

I do notice that my orgasms are better and bigger if I haven't had one in a while.

I don't think they are any more intense or easier to get to for me, but I'm not sure. I don't have to go without orgasming much.

I don't think a long wait necessarily makes them better..

Not always, but I have noticed a few times when I had really intense orgasms that it had been a couple weeks.

I've noticed no difference in orgasm quality based on spacing between them. They are affected by where I am in my cycle.

There's no connection for me.

For me it depends on how I'm getting to said orgasm. With sex, it definitely feels more intense when it's been a while. With masturbation, it's a matter of toys, mood, etc.
