My wife and I just had sex for the first time in a year and I took it easy, she was very well wet, but after 45 minutes she got sore.

Next time (whenever that will be) I want to try doing an activity with her while I remain inside her. What that activity is I don't know, something fun that we can do while laying together with our legs entwined on the couch and she can do her kegels on me.

If we go a period of time without having sex, or if I'm not lubricated enough, sometimes I can feel sore, but in general I don't.
