I've been on the pill for years. My ex husband always came inside me and so does my current boyfriend now. I've never been pregnant and we're both STI free, so I'm fine with it and actually prefer it. I always feel more satisfied mentally and closer to my partner that way.

There is no ovulation time when you're on the pill. Other than abstinence or sterilization, its the only reliable method in my opinion.

If I am sure I have taken my pill absolutely on time I will have full on unprotected sex with my life partner (my husband is fixed). If I have been late and it is close to my normal ovulation I will either not have PIV sex or ask him to use a condom. Just as a precaution. My periods are as regular as clock work so it's not as big a worry for me as I would know immediately if I got pregnant.

I'm on the pill and I've been with my boyfriend for almost 4 years. He almost always cums inside of me. We're both clean and have a trusting relationship, so we feel no need to use further protection.

To be honest, I don't really understand the point of pulling out when on the pill solely for the purpose of avoiding the slight chance of pregnancy. Pre-cum has more than enough sperm in it to cause pregnancy, so pulling out isn't exactly the most effective method.
