Work it harder, almost always. Only I don't do the gym. My basic workout is done on my fitness pole, at home. I prefer it that way because it's working every single muscle I have (and then some perhaps?) without me having to devote an hour to each leg, and then an hour to my abdomen. Much quicker this way, and since it's so fun, I have motivation!
