My lady and I don't do it because we're kinda not about having our noses that close to the anus. I know that might sound weird, but that's how we are.

I wouldn't know from experience, but would think it would be the same regardless of sex. For me, I always have a hard time giving in that position b/c I'm enjoying the receiving end too much. I have a hard time doing both at the same time.

I'm not really a fan of 69ing - I spend so much time focusing on the other person that I'm kind of clueless to what they're doing to me, lol. That being said, I think both are fine, but I prefer to with women - it just seems more natural.
