Personally I am a stealth trans male in real life, plus I have a couple friends and acquaintances who are also trans.

No one I know in real life or speak to online is transgendered as far as I know. Not out of any desire of mine *not* to know any transgendered people, it's just turned out that way. I watch ZJemptv on youtube, who I believe is transgendered--a MtF Lesbian. That's about the height of my experience.

I happen to live in the south too, and I'm trans. I agree, there doesn't seem to be many around here.

Gay transguy here. I have a few trans friends. And quite a few gender-variant friends. The fun part is the ones who are gender-variant who came out because they started thinking about it after I came out.

Recently started living openly as trans. Not everyone knows (for example family members and people in my hometown) but for the most part new people I am meeting know me as a guy, or those who met me before are aware I am trans.

I know a -lot- of transgendered people actually. Transsexual, not so many, but definitely a lot of people who are questioning or don't fully identify as their birth sex. Including myself haha.
