Searching for a semi-specific item... (Vibrator sleeve that can fit over pump cylinders?)

I recently found a video (THIS video, to be exact) and have decided I want to try this.

I've found the pump, easily enough, but am having a little difficulty finding a similar vibrator sleeve. If anyone could help me find something that's similar to what's shown in the video, I'd owe you one. (What that one may be is up to you.)
