I thought about "other" but this year it's going to be a star so I went with that. We also have put angels on top, or other things as well.

For last year we used a santa hat that said dopey on it. This is because I cut it off the dwarf from snow white. We did not have a topper, but we are getting a star. We would put anything but an angel on the top.

We alternate between a star and an angel. We started with a star, when it broke two years ago we got an angel, we will get a star for next year probably. I have a hard time with committing to one theme, lol!

We decorate the tree different every year. From a different color to different angels, beads, snowflakes and stars. It just depends on how I feel when I put up the tree. This year our daughter asked for a star on top the only star I have is one that I got discounted last Christmas - it's gold so the tree has gold all over it this year.

Once our tree fell over like a couple of days before the 25th and when we put it back up I re-did the entire thing in a different color lol

I selected Other because I don't know which to select... My family has always had a huge star, but I kind of want to go the angel route when i have a tree that will actually accept a topper. Our tree is the size of a Barbie right now, though, because we have a tiny apartment.

oh someones doing the dew! lol

I generally use an angel that has been passed down in the family over the years. But not every tree I get really works with the angel, so from time to time a star is used, generally one that lights up.

after christmas im going to walmart and in their decorations they have letters. so Im gettin our last name inital and a long ribbon and thts how im going to do our tree topper next yr...and or course everything will be 50% off when i go get it so it makes it a better idea

We use to have an angel from when I was a kid, but it got worn out over time. When we couldn't find a good replacement we bought a star.

I'm not sure we've ever had a star. We've had angels on top of our tree for as long as I can remember, although the angel changes every year; alternating between a few that my mom has.

When I had first moved out of my mom's place I had nothing for Christmas, I bought my own tree, but I completely forgot about the topper LOL! My mom rushed out to the store and bought me a star... I still use the same star because it's really special to me.

we have an angel that my dad made for my mom when they first got married. he took a wedding barbie (it may have been from their cake?) and made a stand and wings for her, and that's what we have on top of the tree every year!
