This year Mother's Day falls on an inconvenient Sunday for us. My fiance will just be returning home from a funeral out of state, I will still be settling in my new house, and it's the weekend after my college graduation so my party is the day before Mother's Day. Regardless, my dad and I are making dinner for my mother and my grandmothers so we can all get together.

We usually have a BBQ here with some of our friends, the kids get to play, the husbands get to do whatever it is that they do, and us moms get to relax and enjoy the sun (hopefully).

I'll be sending my mom a card and gift. She lives too far away for me to visit her. I'm a mom two two kids. Hopefully I'll be spending the day with my family.

I am not a mom yet. I am sending out cards to the mothers in my family. Once I get my first paycheck from my new job, I'll probably mail a gift to my Mom.

I got my mom a super cute dachshund card from target.(apparently my sister got her the same one!) I also had her made a felt key chain of her corgi, because she's in love with her! And I'm going to make her dinner that night.

Sometimes I'll send my mom a card or just give her a call. We're minimal with Mother's and Father's day so just a card or phone call is enough. I don't get spoiled or anything either, I'm happy with a "Happy Mother's Day!" from the ones I love.

I try to spend some time with all the Moms in my life. Usually a busy day.

I am a mom... I have no plans except to spend the day with my little one and hubby. Probably gonna surprise my mom with a nice dinner and a spa trip.
