Peeps are 60 this year! Amazing. Do you think Peeps will be around in another 60 years?

Assuming some calorie and anti sugar crusader does not cause their demise (replacing them, of course, with an Easter Carrot Stick (organic, no doubt), I can envision them being around in another 60 years, for sure.

What do you think?

I sure hope so, I love them. Eating purple bunnies as I type. They are great to melt down in hot chocolate as well.

To be honest with you, I do not eat Peeps, so I don't care whether they'll still be around in 60 years or not.

As far as them being around for another 60 years, I would bet on it. When cleaning out my deceased mothers house, I found some Peeps that I must have received 60 years ago and they look like they will make it at least another 60 years!!

Probably, they're pretty fascinating in terms of what you can do with them

My thoughts exactly, they've always been my absolute favorite Easter candy.
They're so adorable and squishy...they're going to live forever dammit!

The only thing I don't like much is how chewy they get if you microwave them to watch them puff up. xD

I think they're an Easter tradition but I gotta be honest I don't know one single person that buys and eats them! I'm always curious how many they actually sell each year?

They're a beloved classic and, yeah, I think they will be. Everyone loves them as a kid and I think kids will until the end of time. What's not to like about marshmallows and sugar? They're too sweet for my adult taste buds but I have fond memories of getting them every Easter.

I think they will be. Besides Cadbury eggs, these are my favorite! I love marshmallows. They had a birthday cake flavor this year and I don't care for those ones.

I think so. They sell them for a bunch of holidays (Easter, Halloween and Christmas) and they seem to do pretty well.
