I think the act of smoking looks hot...but it's unhealthy, dangerous and smells bad. I voted yes though because in movies I do think its hot since its not real.

I think the look is much better than the reality. My roomies all smoke (outside), but I can smell it in the house when they walk through in their smoke-saturated clothes. My aunt smoked herself to death, and at age 62 was a shriveled, wizened little gnome who looked about 95.
But... in movies where the director is handling it, it looks much better than the reality. Marlon Brando in his youth with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth looks way hotter than any average guy you see smoking. A good director makes the smoke look alluring, sensual, and tinged with exciting recklessness. An average smoker just has a flaming wad of stink hanging out of their mouths, which they puff at like a factory chimney, then toss away. Not at all sexy.

I said it depends on the smoker but it also depends on the person. There are some people who have a smoking fetish (which can include anything from a Dom/me blowing smoke in their face to being used as a human ashtray).
I would prefer my Husband quit smoking for health reasons but if one of our subs came up to us and asked to be my ash try I have no issue pulling out the rare clove cigarette and using it on him and neither does my husband. So it really just depends.

My boyfriend smokes and I HATE IT! I have never smoked in my life, so the smell is really bothersome to me. Sometimes he will kiss me after he has just gotten done puffing one down and it is the worst! yuck!

For some reason when I was younger (as in hight school), I almost found it to be a turn on. As I aged a bit, and saw some loved ones pass away from lung cancer, I would not even look at a man who puts a cigarette to his mouth.
