2012 Summer Olympics - London, England

Ansley Ansley
I always enjoy when the Olympics are going on---so much talent and controversy in one place, it's great entertainment. And of course, is really great for the local economies of both the athletes and the host country. My favorite, of course, are the gymnastic events. I think it's more the music than it is the movement, or a combination of both.

Is anyone lucky enough to go to the games this year? Which events are you seeing? Are they the same events as you'd hope to get or did you have to settle for something else? And of course if you have any comments on the Olympics in general, share them!

I will not be going, but I should point out that people should read the comments on that article, before taking it all for fact .

I live in England, and I'm hoping to go. I'm assuming that tickets will become available to some events at the last minute, even if they aren't the big ticket items such as the opening and closing ceremonies. We have to move house this summer, so I don't want to risk buying tickets in advance and not being able to make it.
