I usually shave my armpits often but my legs not so much.

I used to be so compuslive and so worried about my body hair but over the past year I sort of changed my outlook. I used to be ashamed if I wasnt shaved. I felt dirty and like I was a girl who didnt know how to take care of herself. But I realised no one really cares what I look like except for me. And I love "me" and "me" in cludes hair that grows! So I shave it when I feel like it.

I agree! I like non judgemental hair posts that respect that each person has their own routine and their own preferences and nothing is "right" or "wrong".

I shave my armpits every other day, religiously. Nothing on my body stays smooth for more than 12 hours, so I've stopped trying to get it to. Not to mention that I am as pale as Casper, combined with brunette hair, so I can't get away with some light golden stubble for a day or two >.<

My legs are far too sensitive to shave every day, or even every other day, so I shave on an as-needed basis, or when I start to feel like Sasquatch. As far as my lady bits, unless I am seeing the Hubby every day or we are on a fanatical sex streak--HAHAHA--I probably shave every 4 or 5 days.

Nope, I shave every other day. Sometimes ile be lazy and shave every three maybe four days. Thos little stubs of hair drive me crazy.

I am somewhat obsessive about my body hair. I shave my armpits every single day. I shave the girly parts every 1-2 days. I shave my lower legs several times a week, because I can't stand the prickliness, but I'll sometimes slack on my upper legs, because the hair there seems softer and thinner.

Yeah, sometimes the prickliness can get old, and once the hairs are long they can be a bit annoying. I'll think about shaving my legs and then I'm like, "Nah, I can't be bothered." lol

I invariably cut myself, especially down below. Also, I can't put deodorant on for a day or two after shaving because it burns and gets rashy. It never used to be like that! I thought maybe it was my deodorant, but after some experimentation I discovered my skin has simply gotten more sensitive to shaving over the years. *sigh* I think even if I start shaving elsewhere again I just might leave my pits alone!

I've wanted to shave every day but it's just too irritating to my skin. And I'm too lazy to do it every day.

I don't shave my pubic region, and I will let my legs lapse for months if I don't have cause to shave them. In summer, I shave far more often but if I can skip it, why should I bother with the nuisance?

I hate shaving. I rarely shave in the winter. And really, I only shave when I now I shall be intimate with my partner, or I am wearing a tank top, or shorts, or a skirt.

My S.O. prefers au natural, so I let everything grow out one winter just to see what it would be like. It was nice not to have to worry about it, especially after everything got past the bristly point. But for the most part, I keep the armpits shaved to cut down on smell, and shave the legs once a week because I'm too self-conscious not to.

I've gone quite awhile without shaving a few times. I like to keep myself shaved, unless I'm super busy and not around my guy for an extended period, then I just don't bother if I don't have the time. It doesn't really bother me.
I went awhile without shaving once while my guy was with me, and he just made jokes about how hairy I was, but he understood I didn't have the time since I was busy moving right then. He doesn't really care, but prefers me shaved.

I only shave my underarms. Not for aesthetics, but because it makes it easier to use anti-perspirant. I do not shave my legs and haven't for over 15 years. None of the guys (and occasional girl) I was with ever seemed to mind.

My husband says he doesn't care that I don't shave my legs.

I have, but only in situations where my lack of shaving wasn't going to be made public (during winter, when I'm not wearing anything sleeveless, etc). My long-distance relationship makes shaving my legs and arms a daily must when we're together.

My boyfriend likes to squeeze my knees or lower thigh to make me giggle, and there was a moment in the car during my last visit when he began rubbing my knee and I told him--a bit too briskly--to cut it out. I apologized, telling him I'd been in a hurry to catch my plane that morning and realized I'd missed a spot on that knee. His response: to pet my knee once again and proclaim, "I'm a tactile person. You know I love new sensations, and I love how your legs feel right now."

I don't shave my thighs, though, because my mom taught me not to.
