Chicken vs. Turkey

I LOVE Turkey but some people tend to mess it up, so I have a deeper love for chicken.

Chicken is much more moist and not as hard to cook without obliterating, it seems. Even the best prepared turkey that can possibly be made has this dry texture to it that barely absorbs flavor.
