I have an Asian fusion place near me that serves Chinese, Japanese (read: only sushi, basically), and Thai food. It's AWESOME, because I can order elements of each all on the same night!
My way of assessing the quality of a Chinese restaurant is to see how they cook their vegetables. If they're wilted and swimming in sauce, then it's a no-go for me because then I can't imagine
how my meat dishes are being handled!
