I LOVE Scientific American Mind. I've had a subscription for about four years now. I also really, really want a subscription to Hi Fructose, but it is far too expensive so I just go to the book store to read them.

I only have subscriptions to 3, but a lot of my friends and family subscribe to a lot, mostly different ones, so they give them to me to read when they're done.
