I usually do have very good intuition. It is when I ignore it that it gets bad...

Gut feelings, random thought that sticks out. It is hard to explain, I just KNOW.

I agree I have these feelings too. I have shocked other health care workers by getting excited over a pt that appears to be just fine and then to find something wild going on.

I think everyone has that "whats right intuition" about things. I think mine is the opposite lol.
