Because I have severe migraine, I have to get up at the same time every day. If I want to sleep in, I have to get some fluid into me, some carbs and sugars and hopefully some protein. A few oatmeal cookies or a bowl of cereal or even some toast is enough, with a couple of glasses of water. Then I can go back to sleep for a while.
My husband and I on Sunday mornings, have a ritual where we get up fairly early (but a little later than on weekdays) have a bath and some rockin' sex, then he brings me some food in bed, and we watch Sunday Morning, while our kids sleep. I often fall asleep during Sunday Morning, and he's always laughing that I'm snoring and lying about being asleep. "I'M UP!" It's hard to stay awake while lying in bed after nice sex and some food.
