I never sleep in the nude, got to have my roomy T-shirt and pajama pants on, or else I can't sleep soundly.

I usually do, unless it's too cold or someone's over/ I'm somewhere else. I guess I started when I got my own room, because it was just more comfortable. Now PJ's most of the time make me uncomfortable and overheated.

I sleep naked maybe 1/3 of the time, well not really naked since I usually leave my panties on. Otherwise I either wear a tank top and shorts or a piece of lingerie. I find that if I wear pajamas that cover me up more than that I end up taking them off while I sleep.
I started sleeping naked occasionally when I was in high school, but the frequency has increased over time.

I started in my twenties. I just cant deal with cloths getting twisted up while I'm trying to sleep so it's better to just sleep naked

Had to find a reason to like living alone when I moved away from home that didn't have to do with having guys over (wasn't seeing anyway). Nudity is a wonderful reason <--naked running
