Have you heard of any crazy diets that work like an...orange or watermelon diet or something and can make me lose weight without exercise?

Not eating after dinner works for me usually. I love to snack and will
Lose weight if I don't eat after 5 at night or so.

don't do any fad diets, these are very hard on your body and dangerouse. try eating 10 grams of protien within the first hour you are awake. this boosts your matablolizm. also don't eat after 5 pm. drink lots of watter. your body needs this to work right.

Private message me my mom has this stuff that she uses its a drop that has helped her lose alot of weight.

In order for your body to adjust to the weight loss, you shouldn't lose more than 2 pounds a week. Otherwise, you're going to end up with a sack of sagging skin around your body that will need to be removed in surgery. That's a cold, hard fact. Absolutely nothing you do will tighten that skin again. So, in order to not freak your body out and let you build muscle to replace the fat to keep the skin taught, you HAVE to exercise.

There are no if's, and's or but's about it. Besides, rapid weight loss with fad diets set you up to gain twice as much weight as you lost. Don't.do.it.

Exercise. Even if it's just walking around your neighborhood, the mall or an indoor track at a gym. You'll feel the results and you'll feel better about yourself in general.

Seriously, don't eat after dinner, watch your serving sizes, fresh food as much as you can and WALKING at least 30 mins a day. Cut out the sugar. You need exercise, sorry bud. Fad diets can be really unhealthy and sometimes dangerous. Losing weight properly takes some work, but not as much as you might think. Don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water a day so that you can flush those toxins out. If you want the best advice, talk to a doctor Good luck!
