Doing something physical helps. If I can't get out of the house for a walk, I jump around and dance like a crazy person or play a game on the Wii.

Go out. Go for a jog or a walk. If the weather is bad, I take my laptop to a cafe and write a bit, or go to the library. I read, watch movies, clean the house...lots of stuff.
