Have you ever had a colonoscopy?

I personally have not. My husband had one last year and My daughter had one last week for her stomach issues.
Not something I really want to have to do after going through it with them! My hubby was a big baby for a few days and my daughter, who is 3, reacted badly to the medicine they gave her to chill her out before they took her from us so.. not something i really look forward to at all

I haven't but I probably should. My doctor told me that if I was really worried about the stomach pains I've been having, then I should get that done. I've lived with stomach pains all my life and even though I should get it done, I really don't want to lol.

I have had a couple, my family has a history of polyps, and IBS, I have also had upper and lower GI series of tests done as well. Only issue I hate is the laxitive they make you drink the night before. It use to be worse as the made you drink a whole gallon of prep, but now they have this RX Lax called the Movie Prep, that allows you to drink half of what you use to have to.

I have not had one done, but I don't experience any discomfort and I have an aversion to dr's.

I have not had one. While it is recommended for people over age 50, I know of people who believe family history, ethnic background, and current medical issues have to be factored before deciding to have the procedure done.
