How do you dine in the day? :)

In theory the right way is to have a giant breakfast in the morning, a middle sized meal in the middle of the day, and just a wee little bit in the evening... ("In the morning eat like an emperor, at noon eat like a man, in the evening eat like a beggar...") The other way said to be right is that you eat five times a day, always just a tiny bit, or even more often, eating even less at a "meal"...

I try to graze throughout the day, but it never seems to work and I end up starving in the evening because "I'll eat in a minute" turned into the whole day, lol.

Hardly ever or graze depending on what I'm doing.

I eat three to five meals a day, depending on how much time I have.

I wake up late every morning so I always skip breakfast, I'll have a light lunch, and then a big dinner. I know it's not healthy, but I've got to eat a lot at dinner or else I'll be hungry later into the night, I'm a night owl after all!

I get up and eat breakfast, then I will have lunch and then Dinner and a snack before bed.

My work schedule is so all over the place that I can never eat a steady meal all the time. So it just depends on when I work, how much food I actually have, and if I'm sleeping/busy.

I eat a big meal once or twice a day, have a snack sometimes, it depends on how my stomach feels like.

I have a fruit-based breakfast every day and lately have been finding myself eating a late lunch (big salad) and a consequently skimpy dinner.

I usually have a pretty big breakfast and a big dinner, with 2-3 snack-sized meals in between.
