I tend to sort of graze on healthier snacks like almonds and cherry tomatoes (seriously, it's like the fruit/vegetable version of M&M's...they're fun to snack on and delicious!) throughout the day and have two actual "meals".
We eat breakfast (usually something like a bowl of oatmeal or some toast and scrambled eggs) and dinner but tend to skip lunch.
I try to limit sweets to one small thing a day like a couple cookies but if someone's birthday is coming up I like to skip that so the birthday cake and ice cream doesn't have as big of an impact.
My main issue right now is trying to find ways to exercise that my mother's paranoid boyfriend will actually allow us to do.
