I think I end up changing them once a month, on average. I try to change them more frequently in the summer, but I also get lazier in the winter. So it evens out.

I change my sheets LIKE A BOSS when I'm not to busy clicking ticky boxes.

I try to do it every other week, but it's usually more like "whenever I remember."
