If you work out, do you prefer to really work up a sweat or do a more "gentle" workout?

How hard do you push your workouts? I have done the insane P90 and CRUNCH, but honestly feel I am getting as good a workout doing SWING and BALLROOM dance for and hour. My heart rate it UP and all my muscles sure do feel it. Ever look at the muscles on a professional dancer????

I can only do various gentle stretching exercises taught by my physical therapist, to prevent my neck and shoulder pain from occurring.

It really depends on my mood. When I'm in a more mellow mood, I prefer something gentle like swimming or yoga. When I'm all hyper or excited, I love doing intense cardio or circuit training and sweating my ass off.

I prefer to work out really hard. If I'm really tired or if my bad knee is bothering me, I'll do something more gentle.

My only work out is rough sex with my boyfriend for at least 45 min everyday. I am not the exercising type.
I like to work out as hard as I can without hurting myself.

depends on the mood and how much time I have..usually work out early am (5 am ish) and it depends on what is going on afterwards.
