First, you take jalapenos and clean the seeds and core out of them. Then, you put cream cheese and a small sliver of chicken inside each pepper, and wrap the whole thing in bacon and toothpick the bacon to the pepper.
Grill them, and eat.
It's like the food lotto. Some of them are so savory and creamy, but some of them are insanely spicy with a bacon flavor, and the cream cheese polishes some of the spice out nicely. Always a gamble, but so very worth it.
