I submitted one review yesterday and today and was surprised to see that I didn't receive any points for them. Although I saw a pop up for +500 points (pending). When am I supposed to get these points? Also, my reviews have already been submitted so idk where my points are. I submitted a ticket regarding another review I submitted last week and didnt get the points for. But never got a response.

Hello, submitted reviews will earn points if the item has been verified as purchased on your Eden account. Items purchased solely with gift cards will not earn points and there is a pending period for the system to check the order history for the item number. (This is all automatic.)
