I grew up with many pets when I was little. A short list: Dog, fish, prey mantis, butterflies, iguanas, burmese python (that ate chickens), guinea pigs, rats, anoles, spiders, newts, frogs (I loved reptiles).

I want to raise a couple of chickens for eggs in a couple of years. You can do that in most areas.

I also want a kitty or dog when I'm not moving every year. And I always wanted a pet bird. Never could because we had allergic folks.

So yeah, good stuff!

I will always love cats, and probably always have them. Love taking care of and riding horses. I also wish I could have an owl, a deer, a panther, and an arctic wolf. I want to have them all.

I got one. His horn broke off and folks started calling him a horse. He was very upset about it. He then disappeared in a cloud of sparkle dust. Now what am I supposed to do with 2000 pounds of gold plated hay???

Ferrets, and manatees and every kind of puppy ever andand horsies (arabians and Gypsy banners and mules[though not technically horses] are all awesomest) and otters and armadillos and baby triceratopses and pygmy giraffes and tree sloths, and extinct giant sloths and lovebirds and rotifers that live forever are all things I have ended up wanting at some point (thank you animal planet, honorable mention to ecology/zoology labs). I think when it comes down to it, I'm just a bio nerd.

I'm a fish person. They are quiet, low maintenance, and don't pee on my floor. BUT, if I could have a mythical creature, I'd give my left arm for a house elf Or a great ape (not mythical, but still sort of dreamy) of some kind, but of course, I couldn't stand it if I thought they were sad being away from their own kind.

I would like to get another daschund and I already have cats. I also have 2 lizards too. I like animals but I always want to have a cat and a dog in my home.
