It can't be legal. Stores can't sell ANY bodily fluid or tissue. You can get arrested for selling human milk. This can't be legal in any way.

Where did you hear this, exactly? The only time I've ever heard of such a thing was from the webtoon Neurotically Yours. Somehow I doubt that semen-filled candies are real. I did want to say, Only the Human Milk Banking Association of North America and a few of the hospital run milk banks can distribute human milk, the donors CANNOT be paid and the only costs are for shipping, storing and pasteurization. It costs starting at $2.00 American an ounce and goes up, pre term milk being more expensive.
In the USA, you need a doctor's prescription to buy human milk from a legal distributor.
The HMBANA (which is a not for profit organization) can't even get enough donors to help all the sick babies who can't get human milk, I think it's rather ridiculous to take this precious resource and make it into food for adults (not to mention paying the donors, who only do it for the good of others for HMBANA in the USA and Canada) when so many babies are suffering for the lack of it.
