Lately, I have been seriously into popping a single serve bag of Kettle Corn, and slicing up an apple. That is my "healthy snack" and sure beats greasy potato chips, I used to long for (the salt, really).
Hubby just "grazes". He will open the fridge and grab celery and carrot sticks to nibble on. Always has.
