I'm 19, female, and I'm an only child. Hence, I never had any brothers that played video games, and my parents tried to limit my use of technology as a child so that I wouldn't become addicted to it. My guy friends play video games a lot but I just never have! Is anyone else like me?

I've never touched them myself. My brother had a system or two (Nintendo and Sega, I think) but video games just weren't a big thing in our house. Not that it was outlawed or anything, but my brother and I preferred to make up our own stories by playing with Legos or writing. I was an RPG gamer (books) in my teens.
One of my cousins played video games during his entire wedding reception. I thought that was incredibly sad.

I do like Video games but I can also live with out them. Right now I'm kinda sick of games and I want to do other things but where I live its really hard if you dont have money. I am just out of walking distance from anything like a park or something and everything else takes money... even pools (cant swim in the lakes because you are at high risk of being eaten, shot or arrested) walking is always fun but i'm kinda scared of being mugged.
