Chicken soup, Lord of the Rings movies, as well as Lady & The Tramp and Mary Poppins, long showers, green tea with honey and lemon are some of mine.

I fix my makeup. It takes a while to do so it gives me some time to unwind. Plus it makes me look nice which is always a pick me up.

Lord of the Rings always ends up making me cry. LOL If I'm already down I'll do Harry Potter instead.
