Never gave it much thought before. But I usually take my bra off first. I think it relates to teasing and foreplay. Being that the bottoms cover the illustrious Honey Pot which is generally the main goal to reach (for me as well as the partner), for me, I like my breasts twiddled with first.

It depends on the outfit. If my wife has a corset on, I might like that to come off last if at all. If it is just bra and panties, I would want the bra to come off first.
