No. I've got an implanon (I think I spelt that wrong.) and it's pretty damn affective. It lasts four years, and we don't use any other protection and I haven't got pregnant.

We definitely used condoms before I was on the pill but after I got on the pill we got a lot more lax about using condoms especially since we were each other's firsts and I trust birth control, especially if I take my pills correctly

We have no need to use them but currently are. Husband is in clinical trial and condom usage is required because of the possiblity of trial medication being present in semen.

Yes. I used to be on birth control and I had a bad reaction (the one I was on made me break out and gain weight), so I'd be cautious about trying another type.
If he really hated condoms then I would consider it, but he doesn't seem to mind them either so I doubt I will.
