I'd say it's about half and half as well. We use our pet names at home, and real names out in public or with friends.

I think ours are cute.. I'm "sexy wifey" and he's "sexy love" we don't use these names during sex though, during sex we usually use real names as we find using our real names make it more exotic for us anyhow!

I call him Daddy and he calls me a lot of things, here's a few: princess, babygirl, Emmybeth, and brat. Then of course there are the dirty names he calls me during sex. We rarely use each other's real name.
