I've often thought about proposing to my partner, but like the previous poster, I would much rather be proposed to. I just think it would be more romantic and meaningful. Knowing the way my relationship is and knowing The Boyfriend as well as I do, if I want to get married I'm going to have to propose...

In certain relationships I wouldn't care but in the one I am in, he would definitely do the proposing.

However, I am also primarily gay and just currently dating a man so that might not be the data you want.

I certainly believe women should have the right. Period.

i'm a hetro male,so i dont know if you'll count my answer, but i would love if later on dwn the road my gf proposed 2 me. we live in the 21st century. y not a woman propose. now ladies dont get me wrong cuz i'm a lil old fashion and the guy should be doing the proposing but i think it would be cute,sweet,awesome or whatevER if in the future she proposed

I think women should have the right to but for my relationship personally, my boyfriend would feel like I stole his masculinity and would probably ruin his ego for awhile.

I'd rather get proposed to, I've always dreamed of a guy doing the cliche down on one knee thing to me...when I actually think about it....but it'd let me know he wants to get married since I'm the more demonstrative one about my affections so this would make me so happy if my guy proposed
