Pretty much any position your mind can think up, but usually those involving being on your back or on your front (as opposed to being on your side, which doesn't work -too- well, unless you have excellent balance).

It really enhances oral sex as well. I've truly enjoyed not getting a crick in my neck while going down on my wife.
