We live in apartments and our neighbors living room wall is shared with our bedroom. I'm positive he can hear us since were so close. I figure if he doesn't like it then he can move haha

My neighbor is one of my best friends, and we share a bedroom wall. When we moved into our apartments last summer, we were both a little nervous about that shared wall, and I don't know if she ever got over it. I, however, have just figured that if she hears us, she hears us, and I can apologize later. At least she'll know we're having a good time.

i can be loud, but i have learned to muffle myself, paper thin walls and it was embarrassing as all hell when our upstairs neighbor heard up and her bedroom is closer to our living-room...on the opposite side of the apartment...so hubby has a nice collection of teethmarks on his shoulders and i have shredded a couple pillow cases.

We try our best, but since we live in an apartment it's hard to know how much the neighbors can actually hear. And in the heat of the moment I sometimes have trouble keeping quiet anyway. I guess as long as no one's complained yet we should be okay.

If they were having sex and raising hell I wouldn't care. I would get earplugs. Of course they probably don't look at it the same way. But it's sex. I mean really. It's not like I'm playing checkers in the middle of the night. You can be quiet when you're playing checkers, not when your getting fucked. When we were living in an apartment it was the bed made that was the problem - the stupid headboard was constantly banging against the wall no matter what we did. I just couldn't enjoy it when I was worried about disturbing someone so we stayed out of the bedroom as much as possible.

My wife is deathly afraid that someone might hear us going at it, so I don't have a choice but to be quiet. I really wish she would let herself cut loose now and then, but I'm afraid it's a lost cause.
