Ever lie/intentionally withhold information in a review?

I'd never done that. I don't see the point in it. Often enough, I end up just writing everything I know with no filter...just to see if people can get into what I am thinking or the research I went through in deciding the product/determining the score entirely.

It seems sleazy to withhold info or lie. When someone's trying to decide on a product, they go to reviews for insight from different perspectives. If you hold back, it might lead to them making a less informed decision. Can't have that on my conscience.

I pushed the wrong button. I don't have anything to lie about in a review. Except maybe how unable I am to be brought to an orgasm.

I've never lied or purposefully withheld information, but I'm sure that I've forgotten things in reviews before. I do my best (and even take notes), but I can't always remember everything that I wanted to say.

Having said that, I think it's so important to be honest in a review. That doesn't mean that we have to be nasty (unless we need to), but we should always be honest.

Absolutely never. I rely on reviews for things I'm going to buy but don't know much about and would hope that the reviews I read are honest. I want my own reviews to be 100% honest and helpful. If someone buys an item based on something I've written then I feel partly responsible. Trust is a big deal, even with strangers.

There's no need to lie about a product. You either like it or not and inform other members about it when they read said review.

i would never lie! Reviews are written to help people decide if they want to buy the product or not... why WOULD you lie?
