I submitted an application for EdenTasks last Monday. It says the turnaround is normally 72 hours, but it still says "Waiting for approval". I realize I have few reviews under my belt but I can bet that my reviews contained no grammatical or spelling errors. So I'm wondering how long it typically takes for approval, perhaps the blurb was outdated?

They need to change the information that is given on the Eden Tasks/Proofreading/Edi ting Program because things have changed a bit.
I applied back in October and others have been applying for the last couple of months or so.
Basically, they now pick editors for what I think is quarterly rotation. They go through all of the applications and do whatever they do to decide which people to approve as editors and after the first of the year, they will be notifying people if they have been chosen.
As soon as I find the thread (and I'll continue searching right now) - I'll post the link here.
